Exhibition details

Our conference meeting will provide excellent opportunities for an effective presentation of your company's products and laboratory equipment. The exhibition will take place from 26 to 30 June 2017 at the Adam Mickiewicz University Morasko Campus located in Poznań. We offer professional exhibition stands for our exhibitors. The Exhibition fee (approx. 1000 EUR) covers the following items:

participation of a company representative in all of the conference activities: lectures, welcome party, banquet etc. (each additional person must pay a regular conference fee),
an exhibition space and a booth with furniture (an approx. 8-10 m² box includes logo of the company, one table, 4 chairs, cupboard, information counter, socket, and literature rack),
an opportunity to deliver a short presentation during the Exhibitors plenary session at the Main Lecture Hall (up to 15 min.),
wi-fi internet access,
a half page advertisement in the conference booklet, possibility to distribute the exhibitor's promotional materials in the confrence briefcases and a presentation of multimedia advertisement on the two LCD displays during the conference (up to 5 min.). This option is also addressed to the advertisers and does not require the participation in the conference (see details in the registration form).
