On September 13-15, the 7th National Conference “Kryształki Molekularne 2023”, dedicated to young entrants of science (students and PhDs) associated with various research institutions in Poland, was held at our Institute. During this year's "Kryształki Molekularne" we had the honour to listen to the inaugural lecture by Professor Józef Spałek. Three oral presentations by the participants were selected and awarded by the Poznań Branch of the Polish Physical Society. The awards were received by: Kamila Łupińska from the University of Science and Technology in Wrocław, Piotr Radomski from the University of Technology in Poznań and Marharyta Hancharova from the University of Science and Technology in Wrocław.

We congratulate all the winners and we would like to thank the lecturers and conference participants for participating in this event. We would like to express our special thanks to the employees from the Department of Molecular Crystals who were involved in the organization of this year's "Kryształki Molekularne", and who will organize the next National Molecular Crystals Conference in September 2024, with over forty years of tradition.
