Instructions for speakers
Types of oral presentations: invited and ordinary talks within dedicated sessions. Standard equipment available in a conference room:
- notebook (PC) with Windows 10 or higher,
- multimedia projector (aspect ratio 16:9),
- wireless sound system.
Time for oral presentation (with discussion)
- invited 40 minutes,
- normal 20 minutes,
You can use your notebook or the conference one (preferred) for your presentation. If you intend to use the conference notebook, please give us your presentation file well in advance - you can use a storage medium (USB flash disk). In the conference notebook, the following presentation file formats are supported:
- PowerPoint files (PPT or PPTX),
- PDF files.
Instructions for Poster Session Authors
The maximum recommended size of a poster is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high.
Please do not exceed this size.
Conference staff will provide suitable fixing materials.
