4. The contributions for PM'99 should be written in LaTeX (2.09 or 2e)
     using the style defined in the pmart.sty file.

5. To facilitate preparation of your manuscript you can download the template of
     the contribution. This sample contribution (pmsample.tex + fig.eps)
     is intended to help you in writting your own text by modifying its source.
     Perhaps you will need to download epsf.sty to include EPS file to your text.

      Use the template of the contribution to avoid technical problems

6. Only one contributed paper per registered delegate may be published
    in the Conference Proceedings.

7. Additional details:

   - version date must be stated in the manuscript and on the floppy disk

   - use current PACS numbers (i.e. for 1999) following these links:
      ftp://aps.org/pub/pacs/pacs_99.asc or
      http://www.aip.org/pacs/pacs99/pacscheme.html

   - figures must be also supplied as the printed hard copies even though the EPS files
     are included in the text

   - all diagrams and glossy prints of photographs for final reproductions
     should be marked with author's name and the beginning of the title, in pencil

   - unless the EPS files are included, an extra set of reduced figures, with all lettering included,
     should be provided for each copy of the manuscript (for the refree's use)

   - attach the figure captions on a separate sheet of paper

   - if you submit your manuscript without included EPS files remember to take into
     account an appropriate length correction in order not to exceed the limit of 4 printed pages

   - reduction of figure: 1:2

	(note: after reduction all details in the figures must be legible)

   - to estimate the size of figure in your paper use the following formula:

	  size of figure after reduction in cm 
	+ size of figure caption (0.5 cm times the number of 80 character lines in the caption)
	+ additional 2 cm blank

   - if figures are reproduced from other articles the source must be quoted, and
     the permission for the reproduction obtained by Authors from
     the copyrights holder (usually the Publisher) must be enclosed

   - in the references full lists of authors and editors must be written
     (et al. is not allowed)

8. Send us by regular mail three copies of your paper and a 3.5" floppy disk
    with TeX and EPS files (one floppy disk per paper is needed).
